Clyde Palmer  –   The only way to go.  I had done a lot of shopping around for rock to complete a project in my back yard.  I was getting a little discouraged due to the estimated cost.  I found Dean on line.  He came out, gave me an estimate and a schedule.  I am 71 years old, together he and I were able to locate and spread 16 ton of colored rock in 4 hours on one day and another 10 ton of a different color the next day.  All at a cost that was much more reasonable than anyone else I was able to find.  I am very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

Ashlee Palmer  –  Dean was at my house today.  I have moved a lot of rock for past landscaping projects and I have to admit, this was the fastest, most efficient and EASIEST way I have ever done it.  There was minimal clean up.  The rock is placed exactly where you want it in no time at all.  Together we moved 10 ton of rock in 2.5hrs (Started and finished the project before my wife made it home from work).  My father recommended this company to me.  I will definitely recommend Dean and Precision Rock Placement to anyone.  Because I cant figure out computers, my daughter’s name shows up…sorry, Todd.

C Fackrell  –  Dean came out a few weeks ago.  He delivered sixteen tons of decorative rock.  Dean was able to spread all of the rock in about three hours. This is the only way to go! I helped spread some the rock and it was almost impossible to get a shovel into the rock. Dean got into some very small spots with his machine making it much easier to spread. Dean did a great job and I will use him in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone. THANKS, Clint.

Mdeuri  –  Dean did a great job at my house yesterday. He has a great system of delivery and he was able to cover over 1600 sq ft of my back yard in my back yard in about 2 hrs. This saved me a ton of work because I have a standard backyard gate and other companies would have simply dropped the rock on my driveway! Dean was able to get me scheduled in quickly and the rock turned out to be excellent.  His quote was accurate and the price was better than any other company that I called.

Peter Holt  –  I had been working on a summer-long landscape project and for a variety of reasons had put off filling the areas I had designated to be filled with rock until the last. I knew that this would be a very long and back breaking project; the placement of 9.5 cubic yards of rock into these areas of my yard. Quite by accident I found Dean on KSL.COM and thought his truck with the conveyer belt and buggy were absolutely the coolest. I contacted him to see if he could help me. I had called him on a Friday, he came out to see my project on a Saturday, and Tuesday he delivered my rock. In a two hour period, we had placed the full 9.5 yards of rock into my yard, exactly where I wanted it. I had inadvertently created an obstacle course for him in one area: valve boxes, bushes, funny pipe, etc. were all in the way. Dave navigated all obstacles without difficulty. I had a fabulous experience with Dean and cannot highly enough recommend him. His specialized delivery equipment make what would be a very difficult project , a non-project. Thanks, Dean!
